With our new Case Management features you can now prioritize each feedback item according to its importance. Whether it’s critical or Low, you can identify and organize each item according to its significance. To keep a clear overview on what is going on with collected feedback, you can set a status to a single item. If items, issues, or improvements are in process or solved, you are now able to easily keep track of and report on the progress of feedback items. To start taking action and create a workflow around individual feedback items, we allow you to assign items to dedicated team members. We also created a new email notification so that items assigned to you stay on your radar and you’re aware of any new assigned tasks in real-time.
