AMSTERDAM, August 2019 – Usabilla, a SurveyMonkey company, announced that it leads in G2 Crowd’s (currently known as G2)  Summer 2019 Grid Report in the Enterprise Feedback Management category for the second consecutive year.

Usabilla received its highest scores in the “Ease of Use”, “Ease of Doing Business With”, “Ease of Setup” and “Quality of Support” categories. 90 percent of customers ranked Usabilla 4.5 out of 5 stars in their reviews.
