It’s certainly been a busy couple of years for us at Usabilla. With our team growing by more than 100% annually, we’ve advanced from a modest startup to an impressive team of over 65 employees across 4 countries. With our dedication and hard work really paying off, we decided it was time to give back, particularly to the country that has supported Usabilla HQ from the very beginning. So, it’s on this note that we are incredibly proud to announce our new partnership with JINC.

JINC is a local, Dutch charity that cares a great deal about opportunities, particularly those available to young people from less privileged backgrounds. After noticing that too many young people drop out of secondary school, either through lack of motivation or incorrect subject choice, JINC wanted to make a difference. That’s why they offer young people, from the ages of 8 to 16, the opportunity to experience what the labour market has to offer and uncover the skills they need for specific jobs. Currently JINC’s projects reach more than 40,000 students annually, enabling them to make the right study choices and offering them better prospects for work.

With this partnership, we can really see the opportunity to make a difference to young people within the Netherlands. Not only will we be supporting JINC as an organisation, but members of our talented team are keen to get stuck into events and programs, where they can share their unique sets of skills. From how to nail an interview to building websites from scratch, Usabilla employees have a lot of knowledge to share.

So, the first activity we’ll be partnering up for – and trust us, we need all the help we can get – is the Dam tot Damloop, which takes place Sunday 18th September. A bold team of Usabilla employees will be tackling 10 English miles head-on and JINC will be joining our supporters tent. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other a little better and get started with some exciting plans for the future.
