Feature Update: 5 Exciting Features for Usabilla Live

3 min read

Greetings everyone. Our first feature update for a while, and it’s an exciting one. You’ve requested new features and we’ve delivered.

With two new developers hired in the past month or so (welcome George and Imre), our developers have been working more furiously than ever behind the scenes. Only now can we reveal our first bunch of exciting new features. I say first bunch because, believe me, there are many more exciting things to come in the next couple of months!

Net Promoter Score (NPS)

We’ve provided you with the ability to collect an NPS via the feedback form for a while now. However, there has yet to be any way of accessing that data – let alone interpreting it visually. Thus, the new NPS indicator on the Usabilla Live Dashboard provides you with a fresh method of collecting and gauging user opinion on your site.

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm’s customer relationships. It serves as an alternative to traditional customer satisfaction research and claims to correlate with revenue growth – so you can understand its value.

To get started with collecting your site’s NPS, simply add the NPS scale in the form editor. Your visitors can begin rating your site and service right away.

We take that rating and display it in our new Dashboard element. This shows you the breakdown of your score – where the votes are being placed – and shows fluctuations over a chosen time period. Providing you with yet another weapon in your arsenal to validate and judge your site’s effectiveness.

Email Feedback

Feedback is useless unless it can be actioned on. Fixing those issues is a key part of the process. To increase the speed of that process, we’ve made it even easier to share feedback within your team.

The new ‘Email Feedback’ option (not to be confused with Usabilla for Email!) lets those viewing a feedback item send that item to any email address they choose – regardless of whether it is tied to a Usabilla account. The email they receive will contain all feedback data, from screenshot to metadata, together with a comment on the feedback (should you choose to add one).

Export Since Last Download

Many users love to export your feedback items for management offline in their own way – in Excel or otherwise. To make this even easier, we’ve added a rather simple yet effective feature. When exporting your feedback items, you now have the ability to ‘Export Since Last Download. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but ensures no more duplicates and less hassle all round.

Campaign Filter

Another simple but extremely effective update for the Campaigns page. At the top of the page you now have the ability to search and filter your Usabilla Live campaigns. Filter by various campaign states, or by name. I’m sure those of who have run and are running many campaigns can certainly make use of the added efficiency this brings. Filter various campaign states, or by name.

Customizable Feedback Forms on all Plans

Arguable the largest change of the lot, your Usabilla Live feedback form is now fully customizable regardless of your plan. Opening a realm of possibilities, this means you can add a plethora of extra details when collecting information from visitors – from text fields to a Net Promoter Score. This will undoubtedly up the versatility, and potential of your button.

If you have any of your own feature requests feel free to get in contact and we’ll see what we can do.
