Usabilla’s solution is designed in a way that encourages customers to share feedback at any point of the customer journey. Are you asking the right questions at the right time, analyzing the findings in a structured and efficient manner and acting upon these continuously? You might be our Best End-to-End use case.

For this award, Usabilla customers are welcome to submit an application before Friday, August 9th.

Customer-Centricity Champion Award

At Usabilla, we champion a customer focus and support our own customers to do the same. To be truly customer-centric, organizations must focus on what their users want to accomplish while developing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. How customer-centric are you, really? 

For this award, Usabilla customers and non-customers are welcome to submit an application before Friday, August 9th.
