Usabilla attended Analyticsdagarna, “Sweden’s Leading Event in Measurement and Digital Analysis” on November 14th in Stockholm. The event took place in the Bryggarsalen, a charming former brewery in the heart of Stockholm, the event attracted over 140 industry professionals to network, share best practices and learn about the latest trends in the industry.

As official sponsor of the event, Usabilla exhibited at a stand represented by Maria Hiort, Head of Nordics, Charlotte Briem, Team Lead Customer Success, and Melina Bendelin, Business Development Representative. They had great conversations with user feedback enthusiasts and, of course, encouraged contestants to try their skills at our Balls of Fire game.

Joining us as our guest at Analyticsdagarna was Ela Celebi, Nordic E-commerce Analyst at Nespresso, who presented on “Combining Qualitative and Quantitative Data.” The speech focused on Nespresso and how their approach to data makes them a driver of innovation as an omni-channel brand and assures the highest quality for coffee enthusiasts.

Next to Ela, we were delighted to see some more of our valued customers on stage:

At our Usabilla booth, everyone who was up for the challenge was invited to test their skills in our Balls of Fire game, a recurring activity we bring along to every event. The challenge is to switch the red balls in the yellow container with the yellow balls in the red container. But it is not as easy as it looks!
